The federation's eight schools are located in nature and mountain-adjacent environments spread across six municipalities – Berg, Bräcke, Krokom, Ragunda, Åre, and Östersund.

Description

The Esthetic Program with a focus on music is seeking a qualified music teacher for upper secondary school with the main instrument electric guitar.

The position is a permanent employment at 90–100% with a start date of August 10, 2026.

Your Future Responsibilities

You will teach ensemble together with colleagues in the music teaching team, focusing on collaboration, musical development, and stage performance. You will also be responsible for courses in individual choices in music for students from other programs, where you adapt the teaching according to students' varying prior knowledge and interests.

The role includes close collaboration with colleagues within the Esthetic Program's music direction, both in daily work and in the joint subject team, where you together develop teaching and the quality of education.

Who are you?

You are a qualified music teacher for upper secondary school with the instrument electric guitar or vocals. You have the qualification to teach ensemble and the competence to teach individual choices in music for upper secondary students in other programs.
