As a nurse in Trollhättan's Night Patrol, you are the reassuring hand when the need arises. You step into people's everyday lives, meet their needs, and make a difference in the moment that truly matters.

Here, you are responsible for patients within municipal primary care – both in residential facilities and in ordinary housing. Every night is unique, but the mission is always the same: to provide good and safe care with warmth and professionalism.

Your tasks

As a nurse in the Night Patrol, you are a key person for safe and secure care. Your work is varied and gives you the opportunity to use your skills in many ways:

• Provide person-centered care based on each patient's needs and life situation
• Carry out assignments within the framework of Collaborative Healthcare
• Develop the future of care by working with digital welfare technology
• Strengthen the team by mentoring, educating, and delegating nursing staff in patient-related work
• Experience variation with a diverse job where no night is like the other

We are looking for someone who

Is solution-focused, structured, and meticulous in your work. You can work independently but are also a team player who can mentor and collaborate with colleagues. A good attitude and the courage to prioritize and lead work are important, while always keeping quality and patient safety in focus.

Requirements:

• Licensed nurse
• Driver's license with category B

Meritorious:

• Experience from municipal primary care
• Specialist training such as District Nurse, Dementia, Elderly Care, Palliative Care, or Psychiatry.
• We place great emphasis on personal suitability
