Nävertorp HVB is an establishment providing addiction treatment for women and men aged 21-65. We offer structured, individualized treatment both individually and in groups. We base our work on CBT and tailor our interventions according to the client's needs. The facility has 16 places.

We are now looking for temporary staff for our newly started operation.

We work with commitment in everything concerning our clients. The role of treatment educator/social educator involves planning, implementing, and following up on educational and therapeutic interventions based on the individual's needs. The work is based on creating safe relationships, motivating change, and strengthening the individual's ability to achieve independence. It also includes documenting interventions and participating in planning meetings and development work. You will act as a support for the client, and together you will develop strategies to achieve goals in everyday life.

You are relationship-building and have a good ability to establish contact with people in vulnerable situations. You are calm, stable, and can maintain a realistic perspective on situations that arise in daily work. You have good collaboration skills and relate to others in a responsive manner and enjoy collaborating with others. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about care work and can see the individual's needs.

• Educated social educator or treatment educator 400 YH

• Previous work with addiction treatment

• Driver's license B

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• MI

Collective Agreement: We are bound by the collective agreement with Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal, Branch E.
