JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you interested, willing, and engaged to work with children and youth in Vårgårda Municipality? Do you like to take responsibility and can you step in at short notice?

We are currently looking for substitutes for primary school and leisure as well as adapted primary school. Within the primary school, we need substitutes who can be resources, take classes, and work in the leisure center. With us, you make an important contribution to ensuring that all children and students develop, learn, and grow based on their own conditions. We are also looking for substitutes for our outer preschools, and a requirement is a driver's license and access to a car.

You control when you want to work by making yourself available on the days you want to work in a program called Time Care Pool. As a substitute, this means that you can be booked on the same day at short notice to replace regular staff. No day is the same, which makes the job both challenging and developing and fun. To be considered, you need to be available at least two days a week.

As a substitute, you find yourself in the middle of the operations where it is expected that you are flexible and can quickly get into different routines. Our operations are open between 6 AM and 6 PM.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be considered for this recruitment, you need to meet the following:

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
• Experience working with children/students, preferably in primary school or in healthcare
• At least 18 years old, be flexible and self-sufficient
• Approved criminal record from the police
• And you can work AT LEAST two days a week.

It is an advantage if you have:

• relevant education for the profession
• relevant experience in the profession
• several years of work experience
• Driver's license

We place great emphasis on treatment and personal suitability. It is good if you have previous experience working with children in preschool, primary school, or similar.
