About the Job

De la Gardiegymnasiet, one of Sweden's largest high schools, offers a wide range of programs and courses.

With about 2000 students and over 250 employees, it is a school full of life and opportunities. The focus is on the future, and education is conducted with modern technology in fresh facilities. The school's guiding principles are Success through participation, learning, and joy.

We are now looking for a teacher in Physical Education and Health, as well as to teach in the specialized sport of handball.

Responsibilities

The role includes teaching and other tasks within the framework of the teaching assignment.

You will also be a mentor and follow your students' academic and social development. Together with colleagues in work teams and subject groups, you will plan, develop, and evaluate teaching. Who are you?

We are looking for a certified high school teacher with qualifications in Physical Education and Health at the high school level and a coaching qualification in handball. You have an easy time building trusting relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians, and you thrive in an environment where collaboration and development are a natural part of everyday life. You are flexible, solution-oriented, and want to contribute to a positive and inclusive work culture. We place great importance on personal suitability.
