About the organization
Rådaskolan is a secondary school with about 300 students in grades 7-9, where we work to make active learning visible in collaboration among everyone at the school. The school's goal is for our students to develop as far as possible in a pleasant environment. We strive to develop the work in various subjects and use IT in teaching as part of everyday life. In the coming years, we will focus more on providing a good start for our new 7th-grade students, which means we will work on transitions between stages. The work in teams, subject groups, and student health is well-structured. The school has a warm, positive, and welcoming atmosphere. As a new employee, you will be well taken care of.

Job responsibilities
Teaching in a qualified subject and participating in the school's development work regarding increased goal fulfillment. You will be part of a team where you work together to create a good learning structure and learning environment with a focus on safety and study peace.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a teaching license in one or more subjects qualified for grades 7-9 or grade 6. You are positive about collaboration and have a responsible and flexible working style. You believe in students' ability to develop and can make them feel joy in their learning.
