JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for you, a positive, flexible, and engaged preschool teacher with a pedagogical approach. A preschool teacher who combines professional care with teaching together with other preschool teachers and childcare workers in the team. Your work is characterized by a clear respect for the individual, a good relationship with children, guardians, and colleagues.

As a preschool teacher, you work based on current governing documents, plan, implement, document, and develop the educational activities together with others in the team. Using the curriculum as a basis, you choose methods, content, and responses based on each child's knowledge, experiences, and specific conditions. You work to create a safe, educational, and inspiring preschool.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a preschool teacher degree. No prior work experience is required. For new graduates, we offer an introductory period with a mentor.

To thrive in the role of preschool teacher, we believe it is important that you are cooperative, engaged, curious, and creative. You have good social skills, which means you have a very good approach towards children, parents, and colleagues. You take great personal responsibility and focus on the needs of the children and the best interests of the operation.
