Job Description

We are currently seeking a study and career counselor for a high school in Tibro on behalf of our client, starting immediately. The position is 75% and primarily focuses on work with PRAO and support for students during their high school selection process. The assignment extends through the spring term of 2026.

This role is suitable for you if you are an experienced study and career counselor, perhaps already working part-time and looking for a supplementary assignment.

There is also the possibility of other assignments in the fall.

Your Background

We are looking for someone who is a qualified study and career counselor. We prefer that you have a coaching approach and can explore various exciting future opportunities with the students. It is important for the role that you stay updated and work proactively with changes in high school education and remain socially oriented.

Your tasks may include individual counseling sessions, classroom information, collaboration with guardians, and other school staff.

You have good knowledge of the job market and educational options, and you maintain contact with various external stakeholders within the business community and social functions.
