JOB DESCRIPTION

If you are an experienced and skilled teacher in MaNo & TK, we are now looking for you to help build the school's teaching together with our students and colleagues.

You are a teacher with a great interest in your subjects, who succeeds in creating both curiosity and engagement among our students.

It is important for the position that you are a natural leader in the classroom, taking responsibility for creating a positive learning environment and a climate where students dare to try, in order to learn together.

You are a clear team player who enjoys collaborating with your colleagues in work teams. As a work team, you have a lot of freedom to help shape our activities around students' learning.

Your role includes mentorship, where you have a special responsibility to follow up and support the individual students' development, both socially and academically. It is important that you have the ability to create good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians.

Your role includes creating a cohesive thread for the school's science education together with colleagues.

This position starts before HT2026, but there is an opportunity to start as early as VT 26.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you, a certified teacher with the qualifications to teach mathematics, science, and technology in grades 7-9.

You are confident in your leadership, both in and out of the classroom. You have good IT skills and are used to using digital tools in teaching. At Berghultskolan, everyone works with Classroom.

Great importance is placed on personal suitability related to the work team and mentorship.
