Grebbestadskolan is a F-6 school with approximately 185 students.

Job Responsibilities

The position requires you to have an engaged pedagogical leadership, to dare and want to meet the school's future challenges together with your colleagues, school management, and the school's students. You will work closely with both the principal, teachers, students, and guardians.

You will collaborate in the school's work team, which requires organizational skills, teamwork ability, great personal responsibility, flexibility, and a shared joy in developing as a team.

Your daily tasks may include:

• Planning and conducting teaching adapted to students with special needs both at the group level and individual level.
• In collaboration with the school's teachers, developing the teaching, conducting pedagogical investigations, and assessments.
• Providing support and guidance to teachers in working with students in need of special support.
• Collaborating with parents and guardians to create a positive learning environment.
• Participating in student health teams and contributing to the school's development work.

Qualifications

• Licensed teacher with a special education degree. It is an advantage if you have qualifications in SVA.
• Experience working with students in primary and lower secondary school.
• Good knowledge of various pedagogical methods and tools to support students with special needs.
• Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language both in speech and writing.

We Offer

The position is a permanent employment at 100% with a start date of 2026-08-11.

Employment is subject to the necessary decisions being made. A valid extract from the police criminal record and a valid ID must be presented before employment.
