We are looking for you who:

is primarily a trained nursing assistant, but experienced caregivers may also be considered. We prefer that you have previous experience in care work and that you have:

• Driving license B (requirement)

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing (requirement), other languages are a merit

• Good collaboration skills, personal suitability, and a genuine interest in people

• The ability to see individual needs and be flexible within the framework of the customer's decisions

• Experience in home care, merit: dementia training, rehabilitative methods, or end-of-life care

Your tasks

As a nursing assistant or caregiver with us, you will work to provide support to the customer in their daily life. Your tasks may include:

• Personal care and hygiene

• Cleaning, laundry, shopping, and meal support

• Transfers

• Medication management after delegation

• Establishing and following up on implementation plans

• Being a reliable contact for our customers and relatives

You have a professional approach and care about quality in both care and interaction.
