Temporary Position as SoL Case Officer at the Authority in Hässleholm
At the Authority, case officers work within SoL, LSS, and social psychiatry, as well as planning teams tasked with planning discharges from healthcare. Family strategists, family consultants, social responsible coordinators, suicide prevention coordinators, housing coordinators, and project leaders for SoL are also part of the Authority.

Before the holiday period, we need a temporary SoL case officer at the Authority in the Social Services Department in Hässleholm.
The temporary position is primarily from 260615 to 260807. The work involves investigation, assessment of needs for assistance, and decision-making according to the Social Services Act. SoL case officers make decisions on assistance by delegation from the care committee.
Your workplace will be at Garnisonsområdet on Kanslihusvägen 6 in Hässleholm with good bus connections. Hässleholm Municipality aims to create good conditions for a sustainable work life, so you can thrive, feel good, and experience job satisfaction.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone with a degree in social work, social care, or another academic education that the employer assesses as equivalent. You have experience in case management within the area of operations, good knowledge of current legislation, and have worked with authority exercise within care and support. A driving license for a manual transmission vehicle is a requirement.
You are secure, stable, and have an easy time collaborating. Work with us is both independent and in teams, and since we meet many people in our work, we also see that you are professional in your interactions. You have a holistic view and see your role in collaboration with others.
As the work involves a lot of documentation, we see that you have good computer skills, as well as good knowledge of the Swedish language and can express yourself well both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of documentation in LifeCare is considered an advantage.
