Do you thrive in an independent role with a lot of customer contact and responsibility? We are now looking for a field service technician for our client based in Gothenburg.

As a field service technician, you will work with deployment, configuration, service, and troubleshooting of technical systems at the customer's site. The role is independent and involves significant personal responsibility for planning and executing assignments.

You will closely collaborate with colleagues in the technical department but also work closely with the sales and marketing department. The role also includes being consultative and pedagogical, and when necessary, acting as a Presales engineer and conducting internal and external training.

The position involves traveling within Sweden, sometimes requiring overnight stays. You will receive a thorough introduction and training in the company's products and solutions.

We are looking for someone who is technically interested, solution-oriented, and confident in customer dialogue. You have the ability to quickly understand customers' needs and translate them into practical technical solutions. You are structured, responsible, and enjoy working both independently and in a team. Engagement, attitude, and technical curiosity weigh at least as heavily as formal education.

• Very good technical knowledge and understanding of IT integrations as well as radio and telecommunications systems
• Good experience in technical problem-solving and troubleshooting
• High IT maturity
• Structured and proactive working style
• Driving license B
• Willingness to travel (the position includes travel with overnight stays)

• Industry experience
• Experience as a traveling service technician
• Project management experience
• Knowledge of IP telephony and system and radio integrations

You will either be employed as a consultant through Temp-Team or directly recruited by the client. As a consultant, you are covered by the applicable collective agreement and receive a dedicated consultant manager who will support you throughout the assignment.
