About the Service Technician position

In the role of Service Technician, you will be part of Kärcher's service organization, contributing to creating value for their customers every day. You will work independently from home with your service vehicle, serving customers in the Gothenburg region. Your main tasks include troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance of Floor Care Machines (scrubbing and sweeping machines). You are responsible for planning and structuring your own work and administration (Time, Actions, Travel Expenses, and Billing Documentation) related to completed assignments is included in the role.

Your main tasks:

• Troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance of Floor Care Machines.
• Handle and troubleshoot issues within mechanics, electricity, and automation.
• Documentation and administration of completed work.

About you

To thrive and succeed in the role of Service Technician at Kärcher, we are looking for someone with experience in service, troubleshooting, and maintenance of similar machines or in related industries. You have good knowledge of electricity, mechanics, and/or automation. We prefer that you have a technical education, either through high school or other equivalent work experience. To succeed in the position, you need to hold a B driver's license and be proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

As a person, we are looking for someone with a natural drive and an ability to create structure among your tasks. You are an engaged and hardworking individual with a good ability to see the bigger picture and identify what needs to be done. If you also find it stimulating to deliver good service and build relationships, you will thrive in this role!

Important for the position:

• Experience in technical work within service, troubleshooting, or maintenance from related machines and industries.
• Ability to troubleshoot within electricity, mechanics, and preferably automation.
• Technical education or equivalent work experience.
• Good system familiarity and experience with documentation.
• Good knowledge of English and Swedish in both spoken and written form.
• B driver's license.
• Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities!

Meritorious

• Further education in electrical engineering, control, or automation.
• BE driver's license.
