As a District Manager, you are the tenant's most important contact person and the face of the company within a geographical area for which you are responsible. Your main tasks are to provide good service and build trust-based relationships.

Job Responsibilities

As a District Manager, you are part of a team with other district and environment managers. The job is very varied, involving both practical and administrative work. The duties mainly consist of contact with tenants regarding various matters such as:

• Service issues and housing matters.
• Minor repairs and maintenance work.
• Introductions and inspections in connection with move-ins and move-outs.
• Property care and supervision in common areas.

To meet expectations, you must have a pronounced sense of service. Other important qualities include being responsible and flexible, having social competence, and maintaining a positive attitude. You should be able to take your own initiatives and work in a goal-oriented manner. Since you will work in a team with your colleagues, your ability to collaborate with others is just as important as your ability to work independently. Willingness and engagement are prerequisites for thriving as a District Manager.

Education, Experience, and Qualities

You have work experience or education in a service profession. Knowledge and interest in plumbing, electrical work, and/or carpentry are advantageous, as is administrative experience and experience from the real estate industry. We assume that you have a B-class driver's license and computer skills, as well as the ability to express yourself well verbally and in writing, preferably in several languages.
