As a District Manager (Kvartersvärd), you are the tenant's most important contact person and the face of the company within a geographical area for which you are responsible. Your main tasks are to provide excellent service and build trust-based relationships.
Job Responsibilities
As a District Manager, you are part of a team with other district and environment managers. The job is very varied, involving both practical and administrative work. The tasks mainly consist of contact with tenants in various matters such as:
- Service issues and housing matters.
- Minor repairs and maintenance work.
- Introductions and inspections in connection with move-ins and move-outs.
- Property care and supervision of common areas.
To meet expectations, you must have a pronounced sense of service. Other important qualities are being responsible and flexible, having social competence, and a positive attitude. You should be able to take your own initiatives and work goal-oriented. Since you will work in a team with your colleagues, your ability to collaborate with others is just as important as your ability to work independently. Willingness and commitment are prerequisites for enjoying the role of a District Manager.
Education, Experience, and Qualities
You have work experience or education in a service profession. Knowledge and interest in plumbing, electrical work, and/or carpentry are advantageous, as is administrative experience and experience from the real estate industry. We require that you have a B driver's license and computer skills, as well as the ability to express yourself well in speech and writing, preferably in several languages.
