This is a direct recruitment, which means you will be employed directly by Luotea. The position is a permanent full-time employment with a six-month probationary period.

The Position

During your working days, you will work variably with service, installations, and troubleshooting maintenance on electrical installations within properties. You will assess the situation that has arisen, report any deviations with improvement and action proposals, and carry out the work.

You will participate in some smaller projects regarding electrical installations, which also includes quotation work. You will also take care of the supervision and maintenance of the electrical installations included in their agreements.

To solve these tasks, your problem-solving ability is crucial. You will become part of a cheerful team of specialists and have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with other technical areas, such as ventilation, heating, and energy. Since they believe in close collaboration as a group, you will help each other and also support their Property and Operations Technicians as needed.

We believe that you have several years of experience in the role of service electrician and electrical authorization (certified or higher). You are proactive, skilled at building good relationships, and quality-conscious. You are responsible and enjoy the combination of independent work and teamwork.

The role is mobile and involves everything from simpler installations such as wall sockets, switches, light fixtures, etc., to the installation of fan motors, dampers, control devices, pumps, etc. You have significant responsibility and plan and manage your work. Therefore, you are good at planning your days.

Qualifications

• Approved electrician education (ECY or B-authorization)
• Experience reading electrical diagrams and troubleshooting independently
• Very good ability to communicate with customers and colleagues
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Very good computer skills and administrative ability as all reporting is done digitally via handheld devices
• Driver's license B is a requirement

• AL Authorization
• Experience working with property management
• Experience in service & maintenance in other technical areas

• Experience in HVAC
