Site Bohus

At our site in Bohus, we have a total of four factories where a common shift leader is responsible for the staff in all factories, totaling 12-13 people per shift. In addition to your specific placement in a factory, you will also be responsible for common systems and tasks at the facility under the guidance of the shift leader. You will also actively work on continuous improvements and problem-solving within your own work area.

In your future role as Shift Operator, you will

• Start and stop batches in DeltaV and follow the recipes that define the process
• Operate centrifuges for washing materials in production and in DeltaV
• Weigh and manage raw materials/chemical inputs for the process
• Handle a production robot for product movement
• Document results from each batch in the MES system according to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
• Perform rounds and document events, transferring information about operating conditions in writing in a logbook and verbally during shift handover and error reporting in SAP.
• Conduct necessary operational analyses in the factory lab.
• Be part of the site's emergency response team in case of fire, personal injury, or other emergencies.

The working hours are full-time and the work pattern will be continuous shift work (6-shift) with twelve-hour shifts. A shift team consists of 3-4 process operators, who regularly rotate tasks during the shift/period.

We believe you have

• Technical education in process/operations technology
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as all communication, instructions, and operating manuals are in Swedish.
• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
• Driving license at least AM category

It’s a plus if you have

• Good computer skills - Experience with DeltaV and IFix
• Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Production and GMP manufacturing
• Experience working with LEAN
• Experience with SAP
• Further education in process/operations activities, such as post-secondary studies in operations/process technology or higher studies focused on chemistry/process, or work experience as a process operator
