Operations Technician for Our Wastewater Treatment Plant

We need reinforcement for our modern wastewater treatment plant, for one of the most important jobs we have - to make the wastewater we receive from the residents of Trollhättan as clean as possible.

Your Mission

As an operations technician with us, you will primarily work with preventive and emergency maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation. You will also be responsible for a process section in the process/wastewater treatment plant. The position may include on-call duty with a response time of 30 minutes.

You will become part of a great team - we have about 50 employees in the Water operations area, which includes the treatment and diversion of wastewater as well as the production and distribution of drinking water.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a trained operations/process technician or has experience deemed equivalent by the employer
• Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Has good knowledge of the Office suite and an interest/understanding of IT-based support systems
• Has a B driver's license

It is a plus if you have

• Experience in process monitoring and automation
• Experience in mechanical maintenance
• Experience in the water and wastewater industry
• Experience working with biogas and/or biogas filling stations

• You know that you can do a lot - but not everything. Therefore, you are not afraid to share your knowledge with colleagues or ask for help when needed
• You are curious and eager to learn new things to contribute to the development of the organization
• You can work independently and are solution-oriented
