About the position

As a maintenance technician, you will work with repairs, preventive maintenance, and improvement work on production lines. You will collaborate closely with production to ensure high operational reliability and efficiency of the machinery.

The role also includes documentation in the maintenance system, planning of preventive maintenance, and ordering of spare parts. In the long run, you may take responsibility for your own technical area.

Examples of tasks:

• Perform repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on our production lines
• Collaborate closely with production staff to increase machine utilization (OEE) and reduce setup and lead times

The position is a consultancy role. The work schedule consists of 2 shifts with shorter shifts on Fridays.

About you

As a person, you are solution-oriented, communicative, and thrive in a role where you work both independently and in a team.

We are looking for someone who has:

• 5-10 years of experience in industrial maintenance or work in a mechanical workshop
• Solid competence in mechanical troubleshooting as well as preventive and corrective maintenance
• Basic knowledge of English, as many machine suppliers are located abroad
• Hot Work certification

It is an advantage if you also have experience in:

• Working in API PRO
• Production in the food industry
