Do you want a summer job where you can work practically, solve problems, and contribute to pleasant residential areas? We are now looking for several helpful and dedicated summer workers for our area offices in:

• Kungälv, Ytterby

• Härryda, Mölnlycke

• Mölndal, Kållered

• Lerum, Stenkullen

You will work alongside our property managers and support them in their daily work with property maintenance.

About the role

As a summer worker, your tasks may include:

• Simple repairs

• Washing and painting

• Clearing storage rooms and basement corridors

• Patrolling and contacting contractors

• Inventory of laundry rooms

• Outdoor maintenance and general care of our residential areas

• Contact with tenants

You will be based at the area office you work at and be part of a local team that takes care of our residential areas within each municipality.

Qualifications

For the role, you need to:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Have a driver's license for a manual car

It is an advantage if you are studying or have education in the property sector, have had internships in property or service, or have previous experience in similar work.

Working hours

• Monday–Thursday: 07:30–16:30 and Friday: 07:30–13:00. You need to be able to work weeks 28–33.
