Do you have previous experience in coordinating work and assignments, enjoy being the spider in the web between customers and the delivery team, and are technically savvy? Are you a former electrician interested in working in an office with support and coordination? We are looking for a delivery coordinator for work in the installation industry.

Job Responsibilities

As a delivery coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating work and booking battery and charging box installations for your customers. You will be the link between the office, your customers, and the electricians on-site. In this role, you will work a lot with customer contact while also handling administration and orders.

Sample of job tasks:

- Booking and coordinating your installations at customer sites.

- Daily contact with electricians in the field and installation support as well as administration with your deliveries.

- Helping to ensure good quality and structure in your delivery flows.

We have a collective agreement with SEF and provide our employees with fair working conditions and opportunities for development! The job is full-time, during the day. Start as soon as possible or by agreement.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who has previous experience in delivery coordination and support or has worked as an electrician and has experience in the area that facilitates your ability to provide support to your colleagues.

In addition to your previous professional background, we see that you are communicative and solution-oriented. In your work, you will have customer contacts, and your ability to create good relationships is of great importance. You find it easy to plan and prioritize your work. You enjoy working both independently and collaboratively with others.

For the work to function well, we also see that you are flexible, self-driven, and goal-oriented. It is also required that you are an organized person as you will be planning work and assignments for your electrician colleagues.

Requirements:

- Good technical understanding

- Good knowledge of English and Swedish in both spoken and written form

- Experience in a similar role

- Good communication skills and comfortable in customer dialogue

Preferred:

- Background from the installation industry, such as an electrician

- B driver's license
