Job Responsibilities

As a property caretaker, you will be responsible for a number of properties with a focus on external maintenance. You will conduct rounds and maintain close contact with customers. You will propose improvement measures and work on troubleshooting. If necessary, other tasks will also be included in the position.

Your tasks will include:

Daily rounds
Maintenance of green areas and properties of various kinds, such as lawn mowing, weeding, and care of hedges, bushes, and trees
Reporting in internal systems
Customer contact

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

High school education
Education or experience in property maintenance or similar industries
Good system skills
Good knowledge of Office.
Driving license B
Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
