Experienced Diagnostic Technician Wanted at Toveks Bil

We are a first-generation family business operating in car sales and service. Toveks Bil was founded in 1994 by Gregor Tovek, who remains the main owner. We employ approximately 850 people within the group and have a turnover of around 5 billion SEK. We have facilities in 18 locations, primarily in Western Sweden, and are authorized dealers for Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, Skoda, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, and Scania.

We operate through three different companies, but under one common brand – Toveks Bil.

Your Responsibilities

In the role of Diagnostic Technician, your main tasks involve solving problems on our newest and most modern products. In plain terms, this means you might repair an electric motor one day and a V8 engine the next. The cars that come to your station often require thorough diagnostics and, in some cases, customer interaction, where your expertise leads to a solution for the vehicle's issues.

As a Diagnostic Technician with us, you will always have access to the latest equipment, both in terms of tools and information. You will receive ongoing training internally and through our brands. As a Diagnostic Technician, you will also support your colleagues in their daily work and perform vehicle maintenance services.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for an educated vehicle technician with several years of work experience in diagnostics. It is a significant advantage if you have worked at a brand-specific workshop. Our brands are at the forefront of technical development; for example, we are leading in electrification. Therefore, we believe you are technically interested and enjoy staying updated with new car models and vehicle technology.

Requirements for the Position:

• Several years of work experience as a technician
• Relevant vehicle education
• Class B driver's license

As a person, we believe you are responsible, a problem solver, and able to communicate professionally with our customers. It is an asset to have good knowledge of using diagnostic instruments for passenger cars.
