We are now looking for a Property Caretaker

As a Property Caretaker, you are responsible for internal and external maintenance for our customers and become part of a team handling daily management. In addition to handling fault reports, residents and customers order various minor services, such as repair tasks in apartments and premises.

Regular contact with residents, customers, and contractors is an essential part of the job. This also includes managing the purchase of consumables and the care of your own work equipment.

The position of Property Caretaker is a varied and independent job. Your daily work includes, among other things:

• Corrective maintenance following fault reports
• Troubleshooting
• Handling daily customer contacts
• Rounding of properties
• Garden maintenance
• Snow and ice control during winter
• Snow readiness, weekend work

You will work using a mobile phone or computer to receive and report your work. You will work both independently and together with your colleagues and are expected to solve the challenges you face on your own. You will plan your workday yourself together with your colleagues and your team leader.

We are looking for someone who is curious, unpretentious, and helpful. We want you to have the ability to see and respond to our customers' needs. We want you to be a team player who supports your colleagues. You should have a positive attitude towards your work, our customers, and your coworkers. It is also important that you are service-oriented, quality-conscious, and have the ability to organize your work efficiently.

You should have a high school education and/or vocational training (KY) with a focus on gardening, property management, or administration. It is a merit if you have experience in garden maintenance or crafts such as construction, electrical work, and/or plumbing (HVAC).

Since the computer and mobile phone are a natural part of the work for all employees at Riksbyggen, we appreciate that you have some computer skills and can handle the computer in your job. You will also be given the opportunity to develop your skills through internal training.

• You have a B driver's license
• You can communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written

The position is a permanent full-time job located in Lidköping, but work at other locations within the market area may occur.
