Bohustank AB – Surte

Bohustank AB is a specialized company in the construction, service, and modification of tank vehicles for petroleum and chemical transport. We work with everything from chassis replacements and tank installations to pressure testing, service, and adaptations according to current regulations.

We are now looking for a Pressure Testing Responsible / Superstructure Technician for our workshop in Surte, just north of Gothenburg.

About the position

In this role, you will work practically in the workshop with a focus on pressure testing and inspection of tanks for petroleum and chemicals, but also participate in other parts of our superstructure constructions and workshop tasks.

The work includes, among other things:

• Pressure testing of tanks and piping systems with control bodies.
• Documentation of pressure tests
• Preparation of tanks for inspection
• Assembly and disassembly of components
• Service and modification of tank vehicles
• Work according to ADR and other relevant regulations
• 
  

You will have a key role in ensuring quality and safety in our deliveries.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in workshop work, mechanics, or superstructure construction
• Is meticulous and has a safety mindset
• Has technical interest and enjoys problem-solving
• Can work independently but also in a team
• Has a Category B driving license (Category C license is a plus)

Desirable experiences:

• Experience with tank vehicles
• Experience with hydraulics or pneumatics
• Experience with pressure testing or pressurized systems
• Welding skills
