Welcome to Närhälsan Fyrbodal mobile care team! We work with specialized home care, focusing on the care of elderly and fragile patients.

We are now looking for a substitute for our central key function as Administrative Coordinator. You will be based in Uddevalla, but will at various times need to travel to our nodes in Munkedal and Tanum. About the job

As an administrative coordinator, you are the face of the organization and provide a professional and service-oriented response. You are responsible for administrative tasks such as mail handling, access administration, registration in various systems, and inventory management, as well as having local IT responsibility in the role of LITA (Local IT Responsible). A central part of the job is to provide technical support to colleagues. Together with the manager, you plan meetings, scheduling, and support in leading the daily work.

The role is both independent and relies on close collaboration within the team. You actively contribute to the development of the organization and to creating a good working environment where you support each other and work on continuous improvements.

The position will also include working as a nursing assistant, especially during the summer.

About you

You are used to working in teams and have experience with administrative tasks such as Local IT Responsible, scheduling, etc. You also have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good knowledge of and interest in working with digitalization. You have documented training as a nursing assistant. You have a B driver's license.

We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting people and sees patient contact as your greatest and most important task. As a person, you are communicative, have good collaboration skills as well as the ability to work independently. You enjoy variety in your work and can easily switch between different tasks. Since the workload varies, it is important that you can prioritize among tasks. We also see that you live up to Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Caring, and Innovative.
