About us
Närhälsan Mösseberg Health Center is a well-established health center located on the slope of Mösseberg. We are situated in the hospital area of Falköping and have approximately 9,000 registered patients. Here, specialist doctors in general medicine, training doctors, district nurses, nurses, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, biomedical analysts, and social workers work. Currently, we also have two psychologists working with us. The operation is characterized by great commitment, forward-thinking, and collaboration.
In addition to regular work at the health center, work at nursing homes, child health care (BVC), and emergency services is also included. We are now looking for someone who wants to continue developing the business to provide customers and patients with the best medical quality and service. The health center is accredited for work within Västra Götaland's Primary Care.
About the job
We are now offering PTP service with the possibility of continued employment after licensure. Your tasks consist of conducting psychological work at the health center under supervision, which means assessing and treating mental and behavioral health issues based on the primary care mission. The focus is on preventive and early interventions, based on common reasons for seeking care at a health center. You will work based on the needs of the registered population with digital care meetings, internet and group therapy, as well as physical individual visits.
We work based on primary care-oriented methods where the work includes high accessibility, stepwise/stratified care, and collaboration with other professionals and care neighbors. It is important that you have an interest in working specifically in primary care, which means prioritizing high accessibility for all residents with mental and behavioral health issues. This also means working with stepwise/stratified care, where interventions range from psychoeducation and self-care advice to guided treatment with literature or internet treatment, to group therapy or individual treatment interventions. To meet the needs of the entire patient population, the ability to vary methods and the extent of treatment interventions is required.
About you
You have completed a psychology degree with eligibility to undertake PTP service. You have studied CBT or another relevant focus for psychological treatment. You have an interest in primary care and primary care-adapted methods such as stepwise/stratified care.
We are looking for someone who is attentive and accommodating, with good communication skills and the ability to identify individuals' unique needs. Through initiative and active engagement, you want to participate in the development work of the organization and contribute as a consultative resource in the daily interdisciplinary collaboration at the health center.

Travel in the service may occur, a B driver's license is required.
Interviews at the health center will be held continuously during the application period.

About the recruitment process
Selection is done in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who call relevant candidates for a phone interview. Thereafter, the recruiting manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them for an interview at the health center.
We use competency-based interviews, which means that the answers to the questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalizing answers - this is so we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the outcome was.
