We are now looking for a self-driven dental nurse who understands the importance of good service and a positive attitude

Main tasks and responsibilities

At Folktandvården Tidaholm, we work in a positive spirit where teamwork and the development of the business are natural components.

We find challenges and innovative thinking exciting and strive to engage all employees in the clinic's development work. Folktandvården Tidaholm has 11 treatment rooms. Here, 5 dentists, 3 dental hygienists, and 13 dental nurses work together, totaling 21 employees.

The position includes, among other things:

• Assisting in examinations and treatments
• Working with your own patients in prophylaxis treatments, onboarding, oral health counseling, or adjustment treatments
• Working in the sterilization area and reception

Qualifications and profile

• Trained dental nurse with education from MYH (Swedish National Agency for Higher Vocational Education)
• Interest in both pediatric and adult dental care
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
• Ability to independently manage administration
• Able to organize and prioritize work effectively and wisely
• Capable of presenting a stable and calm impression even when busy
• Able to collaborate and relate to others in a responsive manner

If you are new to the profession, you will receive an individually tailored mentoring program during your initial period. The mentoring program is part of our two-year development program for newly trained dental nurses.

About the recruitment process

If you are not already employed with us, you will be contacted by a recruiter from the HR unit for an interview. After the application period ends, the clinic manager will select candidates and invite them for an interview at the clinic.
