Your mission
The municipal primary care consists of nurses who work days, evenings, nights, or weekends. We have a close collaboration with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, rehabilitation assistants, and assistive technology specialists. The collaboration also includes nursing staff, care managers, and others.

The municipal health and medical care is responsible for medical interventions, rehabilitation/habilitation, and assistive devices within regular housing, special housing, and short-term departments. With us, you will be offered an interesting and varied job where you, together with your colleagues, are responsible for health and medical care and lead and instruct in nursing work together with other nursing staff. You will also work independently, and by taking responsibility, assessing, and performing medical treatments and nursing interventions, you will have the opportunity to develop, broaden, and deepen your competence. You will also get to experience various care and nursing homes, and as a nurse in municipal health and medical care, you have many partners, both internally and externally, which requires that you enjoy collaborating and cooperating. As a nurse with us, you will collaborate with external care providers and be part of cooperative healthcare via emergency centers, 1177, medical elderly care departments, and IVPA (waiting for an ambulance) where urgent assignments are included.

Who are you
You will have close collaboration with various professions, which is why we value good collaboration skills and that you are a flexible person. You have the ability to take your own initiatives and work independently. Furthermore, you are attentive, communicative, and have a good approach. You see challenges in daily work as an opportunity to develop. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.

Formal qualifications
- Licensed Nurse or nursing student who has completed term 4 (eligible to work as a nursing assistant).
- You need to have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish both verbally and in writing.
- A B driver's license is required and digital identification with Bank ID.

- A police record extract will be requested.

Meritorious
- It is advantageous if you have experience and/or education aimed at municipal operations.
- Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities.

The employment
Temporary employment with varying degrees of employment. Your working hours may vary between days, evenings, nights, and weekends. The employment is currently located at Home Healthcare within the Welfare and Labor Market Administration. The immediate supervisor is the unit manager.
