We need you who want, can, and dare!
Job Responsibilities
The Lyftet operation consists of 17 therapists, a coordinator, and a section manager. We work on behalf of the social services and are based on a systemic perspective where holistic and family perspectives are significant for achieving change. The target group is youth and young adults aged 12-21 years with criminality and/or substance abuse, as well as their families.
In the work, you often act as the spider in the web, where you have contact with the youth and possibly their parents and other networks. The work requires flexibility from employees, creating predictability and structures to work with guidance and treatment in the context where the youth is most receptive.
You work both independently and together with your colleagues, offering counseling and guidance to youth, both individually and with their families in outpatient care. You are responsible for documenting client work. The work involves a high degree of flexibility as we often meet where the youth and family are located. Many conversations take place in places other than the office. Collaboration with external actors is an essential part of the work. Common collaborators include the police, schools, Maria Skåne Malmö, BUP, and Ung Malmö.
As an employee with us, you are offered internal/external supervision, continuous professional development, flexible working hours, as well as the opportunity for vacation exchange and wellness benefits.
Qualifications
- Educated social worker, social pedagogue, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer.
- Several years of experience in structured treatment work regarding youth with criminality and/or substance abuse.
- Training in treatment methods such as CBT or family therapy.
- Driver's license (B).
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language and the ability to express yourself well in speech and writing.
It is meritorious if you have experience working within or collaborating with social services, addiction care, or criminal care. It is also meritorious if you have good knowledge of applicable legislation (e.g., SoL, LVU, confidentiality). If you have training in impact programs applicable to the target group, such as KSL, relapse prevention, and Repulse, we also see this as meritorious. Finally, it is also meritorious if you have experience with documentation in digital journals, Procapita, or similar systems.
You are an unpretentious and structured team player with a good understanding of treatment processes. Independent and responsible, you drive processes forward and communicate effectively in speech and writing. Your approach is characterized by a high service spirit, and you are passionate about the target group and treatment work.
You are flexible, solution-oriented, and handle challenges positively. Working hours may vary with some evening and weekend work. The workgroup has a rotating on-call duty around the clock, where each employee is responsible for about three occasions per year.
About the Workplace
Lyftet consists of three groups; Lyftet, Lyftet Substance/Addiction, and Lyftet SIG. All groups work with the same target groups at different intensities and with different working methods. In all groups, client work includes the entire family system, and methods used are KSL, CBT, ACRA, FFT, as well as methods focused on skill training such as Repulse. To ensure a good working environment when working with a challenging target group, we value that all staff have the right conditions and collegial support to perform their work. All staff at Lyftet receive external supervision from a psychologist ten times a year, advice from collaborative psychologists (BUP) every other week, treatment conferences in the different Lyftet groups every week, as well as individual case reviews with the coordinator every other week.
