The HVO authority unit belongs to the Social Administration in Lomma Municipality and works on behalf of the Social Committee. The purpose of the operation is to provide support and assistance to the elderly and people with disabilities in Lomma Municipality to enable them to live an independent life. The goal is to ensure legal certainty and to jointly investigate and assess individual needs in multidisciplinary teams, make decisions, and follow up on decided interventions in accordance with the Social Services Act. Our mission also includes providing service and information about the municipality's assignments and interventions. The unit's work is governed by the municipality's common value base, which is based on Openness, Respect, and Responsibility. One of our employees is retiring, which is why we are now looking for their replacement. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a wonderful and dedicated team and who wants to work with both the social meeting and the legal certainty of authority exercise.
The unit currently has nine skilled employees and one senior case officer. All employees have many years of experience in social services and are passionate about social work with the elderly and people with disabilities. We care about each other's work environment, and there is a good atmosphere in the team. The unit's employees actively work with the user in focus and to influence the development of the organization moving forward.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The role of case officer under the Social Services Act (SOL) involves being responsible for authority exercise in the form of investigating, assessing, deciding, and following up on decisions for the elderly and people with disabilities according to the Social Services Act. The work includes contact with the individual, potential representatives, and relatives, as well as the ability to work together in a multidisciplinary team with other professional categories to leverage the expertise around the user. The work entails a high degree of independence in the role and close collaboration and coordination with other professions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- We are looking for someone with a degree in social work and at least one year of relevant work experience in authority exercise under the Social Services Act.
- You should have worked with coordinating patients ready for discharge from the hospital.
Desirable
- It is desirable if you have worked in the operational systems LifeCare and Mina Planer.
- It is desirable to have experience in authority exercise directed towards the elderly and people with disabilities.

You need to be able to cycle, as travel between Lomma and Bjärred primarily occurs by bike. It is desirable if you also have a driver's license.
