We are looking for a requirements analyst who wants to contribute to the modernization of the data warehouse and decision support platform within the healthcare sector. The focus is on enabling continued effective reporting and follow-up, as well as creating conditions for more data-driven decision-making and the use of AI. The environment is based on Microsoft SQL Server and the work involves a transformation from SAP Business Objects (including Universes/cubes) to a modern solution based on Power BI. You will be part of a development team and collaborate closely with the business, users, and technical teams in an agile working method.

• Lead and drive requirements work related to the modernization of the data warehouse and the transition to Power BI, including needs analysis and development of requirement specifications.
• Map existing reports and data models and translate the business needs into clear, traceable, and manageable requirements.
• Prioritize and plan requirements activities in close dialogue with stakeholders, product owners, and teams.
• Structure and break down incoming needs into requirements that can be realized in the new reporting and data platform.
• Ensure documentation of the current state, target image, concept definitions, and information classification.
• Participate in verification, testing, and acceptance testing of deliveries and ensure clear documentation throughout the transformation.

• Swedish citizenship.
• Long and documented experience in requirements analysis within data warehousing, decision support, or BI solutions.
• Very good experience in requirements and needs gathering for reporting and follow-up.
• Experience in transformation or migration of decision support platforms (e.g., from Business Objects/cubes to Power BI).
• Good understanding of data warehouse architecture and working with large data volumes in SQL Server (from a requirements and analysis perspective).
• Experience working with Power BI and/or other BI tools, focusing on information structure, concept modeling, and reporting needs.
• Experience in information classification and handling data protection issues in requirements work.
• Experience working in teams using agile methods (e.g., Scrum or Kanban).
• Very good ability to work in a structured, methodical, and documenting manner.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and drive dialogue with the business, users, and technical teams.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• Experience in at least one similar assignment related to the modernization of data warehouses and decision support.
