Vårdcentralen Linero Östra Torn is located in a part of Lund where many new homes are being developed and built, as well as good commuting opportunities. Here, specialists in general medicine and ST doctors work in a well-organized medical clinic with support from nursing assistants and secretaries. We have experienced district nurses and registered nurses with their own specialist clinics in diabetes, asthma and COPD, incontinence, vaccination, asylum, elderly care, and health talks. Physiotherapists, rehabilitation coordinators, social workers, psychologists, and dietitians also work at the health center. We also have a Child Health Center (BVC) and Maternal Health Care (BMM). We have a very present management team where decision-making paths are short.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are expanding and are now looking for a district nurse. You will play an important role in one of the health center's three transprofessional teams with rounds once a week. Here, you are offered a developing job with competent colleagues who, just like you, have a genuine interest in our patients' well-being.

The work at our health center is broad and varied. You will work with everything from district nurse consultations, telephone advice, e-services, real-time chat, and assessment and triage of acute patients coming to the health center. If you feel very secure in your role as a district nurse in primary care, you may also have the opportunity to work partially from home as we have made significant progress in digital development with a modern and mobile work environment.

As a new employee, you will receive an individually tailored introduction. We work in an open climate and have open doors between our patient visits. You have access to your own laptop and flexible working hours.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who are a licensed nurse with permission to practice within Swedish healthcare, with further education as a district nurse. Language skills in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale are required. We would also like you to have work experience in primary care. If you have knowledge of the PMO journal system, it is considered an advantage.
