We are now looking for an occupational therapist for our labor market unit within Individual, Family, and Work (IFA).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an occupational therapist with us, you will be a central competence in working with individuals who are far from the labor market. You will primarily work within our work center, where you meet participants with varying needs, often with mental health issues, comorbidity, or long-term financial support.

The position does not have HSL responsibility. The assignment is close to social services and rehabilitative, focusing on activity, structure, and functional ability in everyday and work-like contexts.

In this role, you will among other things:

• Conduct work and activity ability assessments
• Work based on Signs of Safety (SoS) as an approach
• Contribute to planning and follow-up of individualized interventions
• Work practically at our work center together with other staff
• Support participants in developing structure, perseverance, and a functioning everyday life
• Collaborate with caseworkers, AME staff, and external actors
• Assist participants in applying for disability benefits

It may also occur that you:

• Provide supportive interventions in other activities within IFA, such as housing support or supported housing
• Contribute occupational therapy expertise where the activity and functional perspective is particularly relevant

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who

• Is a licensed occupational therapist
• Has a good understanding of work ability, activity ability, and rehabilitative approaches
• Is comfortable working with individuals with complex issues
• Has a structured, solution-focused, and professional approach
• Thrives in a developing organization and wants to help shape work methods

Experience working within social services, labor market initiatives, or psychosocial activities is an advantage.

A driver's license is required.
