We are a wonderful team of about 20 people who together take care of our 5,400 registered patients – from the first visit to all stages of life. No two days are alike here, and we love it! Our everyday life is full of variety, collaboration, and laughter.

At Capio Healthcare Center Broby, you will have a varied job where you meet patients of all ages – from toddlers to seniors – and handle both planned and acute visits. You work closely with nurses, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, rehabilitation coordinators, and psychosocial resources, and we love to think together! Our rounds are conducted in teams, where you as a doctor and a nurse assess the patients together – to capture the whole picture.

We believe in work-life balance, so you have the opportunity to influence your schedule and work from home on certain days. We use the digital tool Tandem for documentation – journals, referrals, and sick certificates – which makes the work smooth and efficient.

If you enjoy sharing your knowledge, there may also be opportunities to mentor resident doctors.

We are looking for you who are a specialist in general medicine – and who want to make a real difference.

To be considered for the position, you need to be a trained general specialist. If you have previous experience from a healthcare center, it is a plus, but the most important thing for us is your attitude. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality care, has a holistic perspective, and always puts the patient at the center.

We value teamwork, curiosity, and initiative. As a person, you are clear, confident, and structured – and you find it easy to prioritize even when the pace is high. You enjoy challenges, want to help develop our operations, and see collaboration with colleagues as a natural part of the job.

Before a permanent employment, we always apply a six-month probationary period.
