Do you want to work in a dedicated, knowledgeable, and warm rehabilitation team where we support each other, laugh together, and are passionate about our patients' development? Then you have found the right place.

At Stafvres short-term care facility, we are a close-knit rehab team consisting of two physiotherapists, two occupational therapists, and three rehabilitation assistants. We are now looking for a new physiotherapist colleague as one of our valued team members is moving on to new adventures. Your Role with Us

As a physiotherapist with us, you will be responsible for physiotherapeutic assessment, investigation, goal setting, and interventions. The interventions may include training, guidance, and prescribing assistive devices.

The position is located at Stafvres short-term accommodation in Kristianstad. The patients at the short-term accommodation have varying difficulties and needs, and your task is to map these needs together with the occupational therapist and physiotherapist colleague as well as the rehabilitation assistant and train their abilities. Here, you are an important part of the team around the patient, focusing on rehabilitation and the goal of helping each individual return home with increased independence and security. Home visits are a natural part of the work when they contribute to advancing rehabilitation.

The work is varied and developing – every day we encounter new questions and find solutions together.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who is engaged and responsible, with high social competence. You are pedagogical and clear in your communication and have a well-developed ability to collaborate. Additionally, you want to actively contribute to both the team's and the organization's development.

We are looking for someone who is a licensed physiotherapist or a student in their 6th semester. We prefer that you have good knowledge of regional and municipal health care. Several years of experience in the profession and experience in multiprofessional teamwork are advantageous, as well as good knowledge of future perspectives and developments in the healthcare and social care sector.

Since communication and documentation are part of your duties, you need good computer skills and the ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. It is advantageous if you have knowledge of documentation in Lifecare HSL, MyLoc, and Mina planer. A valid driver's license (B) is a requirement.

The operations of the Social Services Administration are aimed at the elderly and individuals who need functional support, as well as those in need of home healthcare. The operations are functionally divided into four areas: support in ordinary housing, support in care and nursing homes, health and medical care, and functional support. The administration also includes the authority unit, national gymnasium, and assistive technology center in Eastern Skåne.
