Vårdcentralen Södra Sandby is located ten kilometers from Lund and has approximately 7500 registered patients. We are a health choice unit with about thirty driven and engaged employees who work together to deliver good accessibility and qualified care to all our patients. We have five specialist doctors in general medicine, four resident doctors, and AT doctors. We also offer district nurse reception, child health center, and rehabilitation. In addition, we have several specialist clinics in diabetes, asthma/COPD, heart failure, lifestyle, and psychology, as well as a dermatology clinic with teledermatoscopy, geriatric reception, and vaccination clinic.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The position includes nursing tasks that are commonly found in a health center, such as acute reception work, triage reception, both via phone and scheduled visits on-site, as well as your own nurse-led reception and digital contacts with patients.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who are a licensed nurse with permission to practice within Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe’s scale are required. If you are further educated as a district nurse, that is an advantage, and if you are used to documenting in PMO, this is a plus.
