We at Attendo are now looking for summer substitutes for Attendo Home Care in Staffanstorp. Attendo Home Care Staffanstorp is located in beautiful Skåne, where we, on behalf of Staffanstorp municipality, are one of the providers of home care. As our regular employees will be on vacation, we are looking for substitutes for them in our friendly team.

Attendo Home Care Staffanstorp offers person-centered care to our customers. We work based on the individual's needs and wishes to ensure that our customers can live a safe and independent life in their own homes.

About the role

As a care assistant/nursing assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere for our customers is a big part of your role, as well as being able to contribute various activities that brighten the everyday life of our elderly.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Personal care according to the organization's routines based on the customer's individual needs and wishes

• If necessary, assist with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc.

• Perform documentation and work based on decided interventions

• Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

• Delegated home nursing

Qualifications

• Preferably a care assistant education of at least 800 points

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written) (requirement)

• Good computer skills/computer familiarity

• Driver's license B (requirement)

• Biking (requirement)

Meritorious:

• Experience from care work in home care

• Experience of delegation.

Working hours: June, July & August

Working time: Daytime, evenings, and weekends.

Start date: As a summer substitute, we wish you to start no later than week 24 - week 32
