Care Assistant for Home Care South and South South

Höör is located in the heart of Skåne, has good train connections, beautiful nature, 17,000 inhabitants, and a steady population growth. With around 1,400 employees, Höör Municipality is the largest employer. Many of our employees commute here.

Home Care South and South South is based at the municipal building at Hagagatan 8. We are located together with the northern groups, night patrol, and alarm group. South and South South consists of about 20 employees and works in the southern part of the municipality. There are bicycle rounds, but most transportation is done by car.

We work day/evening, weekends, and schedule in the Time Care system. Currently, we have a four-week schedule. At present, there are split shifts in the schedule.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a care assistant with us, you will play a significant role in our operations.

Your main tasks are to:

• Provide personal care and service to citizens in ordinary housing.
• Encourage activity and social community.
• Document according to our routines.
• As a permanent care contact, write an implementation plan together with the citizen.
• Be part of a competent and supportive team, which includes care assistants, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and assistance officers.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained care assistant and has a genuine interest in people.

You are:

• Empathetic, attentive, and responsible.
• Positive and proactive.
• A team player who appreciates collaboration.
• Flexible and solution-focused.

You need to be able to receive delegated tasks from nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists.

A driving license (B) is required.

You must be able to present a protected professional title as a trained care assistant.

Knowledge of the Lifecare journal system is an advantage.

OTHER

The position will be filled provided that the necessary political decisions are made and that it does not need to be reserved for internal use.
