Attendo Home Care is located in Staffanstorp, just outside Malmö/Lund. We have an agreement with Staffanstorp municipality to provide home care, delegated home nursing, respite care, accompaniment, and household services.

We are looking for 2 nursing assistants for our evening teams who have experience in home care and are passionate about working with people.

About the role

As a nursing assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere is a significant part of your role, as well as being able to contribute knowledge and feelings that brighten the everyday lives of our elderly.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Personal care according to the organization's routines based on the customer's individual needs and wishes

• Delegated home nursing from the responsible nurse and rehabilitation staff.

• Perform documentation and work based on decided interventions

• Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, etc.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Nursing assistant education of at least 1450 points.

• Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)

• Good computer skills/computer familiarity

• Driver's license B

• Bicycle experience

Meritorious:

• Experience from care work in elderly care

• Experience in delegation.

Working hours: 60-85%

Working time: Evening & weekend
