JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The work as an operating nurse with us is varied and offers challenging and developing tasks. Close collaboration with other professions, including perfusionists, is a natural and important part of everyday life. We apply a business-adapted working time model with a time bank and quota-based working hours, and you set your desired schedule yourself in TimeCare. Working hours on weekdays are from 07:00-16:00, 09:00-17:00, 14:30-21:30, and 21:15-07:15, and on holidays from 07:00-14:30, 14:15-21:30, and 21:15-07:15.

Participation in the on-call list for organ retrieval for transplantation outside regular working hours is voluntary. We also offer flexible contracts and meal breaks.

QUALIFICATIONS

You who apply are a licensed nurse with the authority to practice in Swedish healthcare, and you have specialized training in operating room nursing. Furthermore, you have language skills in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale. Previous experience in surgical operations is an advantage.
