Mission

We are now looking for nursing assistants for elderly care's home service who feel engaged in their work, enjoy working with people, and have the ability to meet our care recipients' special needs. We offer you an exciting and stimulating job where you, together with friendly and dedicated colleagues, make a difference every day.

Your tasks consist of supporting our care recipients with personal care, activities, and training. Assisting with dressing and undressing, personal hygiene, and managing medication according to delegation are some examples of tasks. In your role, you will also design implementation plans, document, conduct regular evaluations, and contribute to maintaining good quality in the operation. By taking into account each individual's needs, you contribute to meaningfulness and joy for our elderly. We follow up on quality in national registers such as Senior Alert. Documentation is done in Lifecare Mobile Care. We have keyless home service and digital signing. In the daily care and support work, you collaborate cross-professionally with, among others, unit managers, nursing assistants, nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists.

The home service is divided into three geographical areas; East and West with facilities in Svedala and North with a facility in Bara.

Competence

We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant and have experience working as a nursing assistant. You have good computer skills as the job involves documentation and good knowledge of Swedish both spoken and written. As a nursing assistant in home service, you will travel between care recipients by car or bicycle, therefore you need to have a driver's license and be able to cycle. Experience with Lifecare and Senior Alert is also an advantage.

To succeed in the role, you should have a good attitude, be attentive, and have the ability to prioritize your tasks. You can work independently but are also a team player who values good collaboration. You share your knowledge and experiences with your colleagues and see it as natural to contribute to a positive work environment. Working hours/duration

Permanent employment with start date according to agreement.

Day shifts with work every other weekend.

Full-time employment with the possibility of part-time work.
