The healthcare center is located in beautiful Ängelholm with good communication options by both train and bus. We have approximately 9,700 registered patients and a complete commitment according to Hälsovalet.

About 40 employees work at the healthcare center within various professional categories, where collaboration is characterized by great respect for each other's qualities and competencies. Here, there are specialists in general medicine, Child Health Clinics (BVC), district nurses, as well as several nurse-led and assistant-led clinics in areas such as diabetes, elderly care, hypertension, heart failure, and asthma/COPD. We have physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and a psychosocial team with a social worker, psychologist, and psychotherapist. This breadth allows us to offer our patients comprehensive care and provide our employees with good development opportunities. QUALIFICATIONS

You who are applying are a licensed nurse with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish at least corresponding to level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale are a requirement. We would like you to have further education as a district nurse, but it is not a requirement. It is advantageous if you have competence in PMO and experience with My care plans as well as experience in independently triaging and assessing patients' care needs within primary care. We are looking for you who have a great interest in primary care and want to work in a team with other professionals.

As a person, you have a positive and good attitude, are service-oriented, and can work both independently and in a team. You should be someone who enjoys meeting many people every day.

Furthermore, you have an empathetic approach and a genuine interest in providing all patients with quality care. Your work is characterized by accuracy and structure. You have a good ability to both plan and structure your work while being a good team player with the ability to look at the bigger picture in the organization. In your role, you are curious and attentive to the patient's needs and easily adapt to different circumstances. For a rewarding collaboration, we also see that you have a flexible approach and good prioritization skills between different tasks when the work pace is high.
