About the workplace

The office for Centrum 1 is located on Jönköpingsgatan, and we provide care and support in the home to customers living in Husensjö, Rosengården, and Adolfsberg.

Job responsibilities

As a nursing assistant with us, you work to enable individuals to live as independently as possible. You provide personal support based on individual needs and circumstances in customers' homes and travel by bike (if it is not within walking distance) between different customers. You perform tasks delegated by a nurse, physiotherapist, or occupational therapist; such as training interventions, medication handover, and wound dressing. You also work with case management and feel comfortable documenting.

In your work, high service demands are placed on you as you have daily contact with customers, relatives, visitors, staff, and other service functions, both within and outside the city. In home care in Helsingborg, you work on a schedule where working hours are allocated either during the day or in the evening.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant with a genuine interest in working with people and meet each individual based on their needs and wishes. To proceed in the recruitment process, you also need to:

• have basic computer skills and documentation experience
• be able to cycle (including e-bikes)
• have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you are familiar with Phoniro and the documentation system LifeCare and have a B driver's license.
