About the position

As a Planner, you will play an important role in creating structure and clarity in the execution of projects. You are responsible for developing and updating site schedules and work closely with technical support, planners, and field service resources to ensure that the schedules maintain high quality and follow established processes.

In this role, you will actively work in systems such as OnePM and Primavera and contribute to continuous improvements of internal routines and working methods. You will also support other departments and projects as needed and help drive development to strengthen the overall organization.

The position suits you who enjoy varied tasks, like to collaborate, and have the ability to work both independently and in teams.

Your main responsibilities

As a Planner, you will among other things:

• Create and update site schedules for customer projects
• Collaborate with technical support, planners, and field service in scheduling work
• Work in OnePM and Primavera according to established processes
• Contribute to development and improvement work within the department
• Support various projects and departments with continuous improvement measures
• Work independently but also together with colleagues to achieve common goals

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Is structured, organized, and has an easy time prioritizing
• Enjoys handling multiple complex issues simultaneously
• Is communicative, social, and has an easy time collaborating with different functions
• Is curious, driven, and wants to learn new systems and working methods
• Has a few years of experience in similar tasks, preferably within project or technology-related environments
