In this central and responsible role, you will drive and coordinate the implementation of changes affecting the production of Gripen.

This is a role for you who thrive in a coordinating position with many points of contact.

About the role
As Change Lead, you are responsible for coordinating hardware changes from input to implementation in aircraft, whether it occurs in-house, with partners, in flight testing, or at military units, as well as continuous coordination of production improvements. You will work closely with resources in areas such as design, industrialization, purchasing, and production to drive changes through the change service process.
You will:

  • Receive and initiate new change requests
  • Call and lead relevant meetings
  • Develop and present implementation plans and impact analyses
  • Coordinate involved functions and competencies

Each change can be likened to a project with high demands on structure, planning, and communication.

We are looking for someone who has..

  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English
  • Relevant work experience, such as project planner, project coordinator, or in an administrative role with extensive planning work, preferably with experience in production operations

The assignment is classified. Therefore, prior to employment, you will undergo a security screening, which requires Swedish citizenship.
Meritorious

  • Post-secondary education in logistics
  • Good knowledge of MS Project and the Office suite (especially Excel)

Start: May 1, or by agreement
Working hours: Office hours 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM with flexible hours
Location: Linköping, Tannefors (possibility to work from home 2 days/week after a 2-month introductory period)
Scope: Full-time, permanent
