Care Assistant/Personal Support Worker for Group Home Månen

We are looking for a committed and responsible care assistant/personal support worker who wants to be part of our workgroup. The work involves supporting and providing care to individuals in and outside their homes based on individual needs. The work is performed with the aim of maintaining and developing the abilities the individual has. Your job is to create good conditions for as independent a life as possible for the individual.

Working hours include days, evenings, on-call, and weekend shifts.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a genuine interest in people and social work
  • Is stable, attentive, and secure in themselves
  • Has a good ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Is good at building trust and communicating with respect
  • Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Experience in working with mental health issues, NPF, or LSS is an advantage
  • Education in social work, care, or pedagogy is a plus – but personal suitability weighs heavily
  • Has a B driver's license (requirement)
  • Is at least 18 years old
