About the Role

Do you want to drive user-centered development of our digital channels?

The CX & Digital Channels department is tasked with being at the forefront of customer experience and customer interaction. The CX team supports with customer insights, and together with product development, we continuously deliver improved digital channels. We are responsible for creating a cohesive customer experience across all our digital touchpoints. As a Senior UX Designer, you will be a strategic and operational partner to product owners, development teams, and service designers. You will be responsible for structure, methods, and workflows within UX and ensure that our products are based on real customer needs, clear flows, and consistent information architecture.

You will coordinate UX work across team boundaries, acting as a natural liaison between insights and development. You will ensure that design decisions are well-founded, consistent, and follow through on implementation goals in close collaboration with the development team.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility for the entire design process, from customer insights and concept development to wireframes, UI components, and finally finished design and implementation on the web.
  • Define information architecture, user flows, and interaction principles
  • Lead UX activities such as workshops, needs analysis, and concept development
  • Support and onboard service designers in their UX-related work
  • Ensure that our digital services meet accessibility requirements and good UX practices
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and other designers in daily work

Requirements

We would like you to have:

  • At least 7 years of experience in UX work in larger organizations or complex environments
  • Experience working with information architecture, user flows, and interaction design
  • Good understanding of accessibility (WCAG, EAA) and how it affects UX decisions
  • Ability to translate insights into concrete requirements, concepts, and prototypes
  • Experience working closely with product owners, development teams, and service designers
  • Experience leading UX work, choosing methods, structuring, and facilitating workshops and design processes
  • Strong communication skills and experience presenting solutions to various target groups
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as the role involves frequent internal and external communication and working with digital products aimed at a Swedish audience.

Preferred:

  • Experience in service design or structured customer journey work

As a person, you are analytical, driven, and structured. You motivate others and naturally take responsibility for creating direction and keeping the work together. You are solution-oriented and easily switch between the big picture and details, and you are equally comfortable working independently as contributing operationally in the design process. You ensure that the work moves forward, gathers the team around common goals, and ensures that solutions are delivered with high quality.
