RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Object Specialist, you will work operationally and closely with the organization to develop and manage our system support. You are an important link between operations, IT, and suppliers, ensuring that the systems function effectively, support work processes, and are developed based on the needs of the organization.

You will drive and participate in development efforts from needs analysis to implementation and follow-up, contributing to structure and progress within the object.

Your role includes:

• Being responsible for ongoing management work within the object
• Identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing the needs of the organization
• Translating needs into clear requirements and actionable activities
• Driving and participating in projects and development initiatives
• Planning and coordinating implementations, releases, and improvement efforts
• Ensuring good dialogue and collaboration between operations, IT, and suppliers
• Following up on effects and contributing to continuous development
• Contributing to creating structure, quality, and long-term sustainability in our digital solutions.

Examples of responsibilities

• Coordinating and developing the system support of the object
• Leading workshops and needs dialogues with the organization
• Participating in or driving smaller projects related to digital development
• Supporting the organization in the use and further development of the systems
• Identifying areas for improvement and initiating development efforts
• Contributing to planning and prioritization within the object
• You are a key person in translating the needs of the organization into concrete development that makes a difference for both employees and residents.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a relevant university degree or equivalent experience
• Has experience in system management, object work, or organizational development
• Has worked with project management or driven development efforts
• Has a good understanding of operational processes
• Is structured, analytical, and solution-oriented
• Is confident in leading meetings and facilitating dialogue
• Experience in social services or other public sector work is an advantage.
